Culture by Design
SDI's Culture by Design process starts with the senior team having conversations needed to reveal the
current culture, articulating it and aligning on a new culture. It is possible for any organization to intentionally create any new culture.
In many cases what is needed to embed, sustain and grow an extraordinary culture is training
executive teams in transformational leadership. This allows them to nurture the new culture from the standpoint of dramatically elevating the performance of themselves and their organization.
In alignment conversations, the leadership team:
Reveals and addresses background conversations that can hinder creating and sustaining alignment
Designs and commits to a written articulation of the culture that will inform the vision they are creating for the company
Creates a set of conversations for sharing this new culture and rolling it out to the whole company
