Culture Transformation
Culture Assessment
An organization’s culture lives in the conversations people have day to day, specifically in a set of "background conversations.” Background Conversations – both what is said and unsaid – act as a powerful context, or framework, invisibly shaping performance.
In an organization's default set of background conversations, some things are possible and some are not. A leader’s intention, no matter how clear, can't be realized if the culture does not support it. For example: if senior management has a bold vision that carries high risk and the potential for great rewards yet the culture is one of playing it safe, the daring future is not likely to be achieved.
