Team Performance

At a very fundamental level, what distinguishes groups of individuals who are all working hard from high-performance teams are the kinds of conversations they are having. The way we influence one another is through conversations. For example, championship teams consistently have conversations that create trust, take aligned stands for bold results, build unwavering commitment to these results and cause the necessary actions to make them happen.

Our approach for working with teams can be summarized as a series of discussions and targeted exercises that guide executives through a process where they examine the relationship between their conversations and the results they produce.
