SDI Communications: Services

The program utilizes the same underlying methodology of The Language of Leadership program, allowing clients to discover blind spots in their management practices, grow in areas that require strengthening, and gain even greater mastery in areas of excellence. The Executive Coaching Program provides a supportive and challenging relationship in which clients discover the essential connection between their communication and the results they produce. Clients experience a new ability to generate effective action rather than "talking about" action.

Frequency of coaching sessions is established on a case-by-case basis.
