Christine
Roess: as SDI’s Founding Partner,
Christine has been generating transformational
coaching programs for major corporations for
17 years. Her client list consists primarily
of Fortune 500 companies. Christine graduated
from the University of Michigan and did graduate
study at Northwestern University in English
language and literature. This was the beginning
of her formal study and lifelong fascination
with the relationship between language, creativity
and action. Christine began her career as a
political organizer in Chicago serving as Executive
Director of US Congressman Abner J. Mikva’s
South Chicago District Office. She later served
as Director of Public Information for National
Medical Fellowships, dedicated to increasing
the numbers of underserved minority physicians.
Christine has been a guest lecturer at Fordham
University’s Graduate Business School
and at Polytechnic University’s Management
of Technology Graduate Business Program.

Daniel Mangelsdorf: as
Managing Partner, Dan works closely with clients
to understand their current and future needs and
ensures SDI Communications is always providing
services of the highest value. Prior to joining
SDI Communications, Dan was a VP of Global Marketing
at Nortel Networks. He has an extensive background
in managing for performance during periods of explosive
growth and during large scale restructuring efforts.
Prior to Nortel, Dan held senior positions in Marketing,
Sales, Operations, and New Product Development
with Sun Microsystems, Solectron, NetEdge Systems,
and Baker Oil Tools. |

Don Pizzi: as
a Partner, Don is an expert in the area of Executive
Recruitment & Development. Prior to establishing
Mark Adam Associates, one of the leading executive
recruiting firms for Information Technology, he
was a VP at Korn/Ferry, Int’l and established
himself there. After 20 years of recruiting Don
knows what high-level leadership looks like to
be effective in business. |

Jim Roi: as Senior
Coach, Jim is a scholar of philosophical theory
that he has applied in workshops, private practice
and in coaching for the past twenty years. He has
worked with many clients, including AT&T and
IBM. |

Molly Roess: as
a Partner at SDI, Molly began her career in music
management working for top musicians including
the 10,000 Maniacs, the Cowboy Junkies and Grant
Lee Buffalo. From there she moved into sponsorship
and licensing development for a promotions agency
where she worked on national accounts, including,
Perdue Chicken, Dr. Scholl’s, the National
Basketball Assn, and Green Giant. Her ability to
generate transformational breakthroughs in people
is a process that she has been involved in for
most of her life, in both her previous careers,
so joining SDI was a natural next step. |

Doreen DelCol:
as office manager and executive assistant, Doreen contributes a rich background of organizational and interpersonal skills to SDI. Her sixteen years of management experience includes Senior Operations and Administration positions at Irving Trust Company, First Fidelity Bank and PNC Bank. In her last position at PNC Bank, Doreen was a Vice President in the Institutional Investment Group and was responsible for maintaining the business relationships of over seventy five high-net-worth clients. |
